1. Размер пота.
2. Вероятность, что твою руку перетянут на ривере.
3. Вероятность, что твой рейз на терне заколлируют, вероятность, что на ривере тебе оплатят твою руку.

Monster
Your hand is strong enough to win the overwhelming majority of the time. Concentrate on building a pot not eliminating opponents.
Very Strong
Your hand will win the majority of the time. If the pot is small, it may be better to try to build it instead of eliminating opponents. If the pot is large, it is probably better to protect your hand.
Strong
You will win first-or second-most often. You should rarely fold, even in a small pot, but you should also try to protect your hand.
Marginal
Your hand has winning chances. If you think you can eliminate opponents, you might bet or raise. If your opponents have stronger hands than usual, you might fold. Playing marginal hands well is a hallmark of expert play.
Poor
Your hand has dubious chances. You might bet if your opponents appear weak, but you should generally fold to aggression unless the pot is very large.
